Требования:
• excellent communication skills.

• proven negotiation skills.

• self motivated with good organisational and prioritisation skills.

• must be able to work on own initiative as well as fit in to a team.

• some international business travel may be required from time to time.

• languages: russian (native), english (business fluent).

• reasonable skills in mathematics / pc skills

Должностные обязанности:
•manage contracts & service delivery for office suppliers, services
•manage rent agreement & negotiations with the landlord
•coordinate with appropriate state authorities to manage accreditation for office & its foreign employers, registration & renewal of statutory documents
omanage document database
•manage office refurbishment project (reconfiguration of the office space) with internal departments & external suppliers.

• coordinate conferences; vip customer events, off-site meetings
•manage & control monthly budget planning process for general administration expenses, online budget control, analysis of expenses
•coordinate with established external consultant companies to provide support to foreign employees: work permits, visas, tax
•manage scanning & coding of all employee expense reports and bills into the stellent system.
•manage employee travel reservations for air tickets
