Main responsibilities and achivements:

• planning of upcoming audit procedures;
• contract’s preparation on the engagement, fee negotiation/justification with client;
• preparing the budget of the project with detailed information into resources required and hours to be spent;
• preparation of the kick-off meeting and conducting it with team;
• distribution of the tasks/areas of the project into the team-members depending on their experience and skills;
• putting the objectives of team-members on the project;
• monitoring the progress of work to be performed on the project;
• monitoring the budget (planned vs actual) and realization of the project;
• reporting the progress to management on timely basis;
